What does Tools Down actually do?

I don't have time to learn new software

I don't want to be locked into a contract
Monthly plans are no lock-in. Cancel anytime, no fees. Annual plans aren't refunded mid-year, but you keep the system running through the paid period.
When something breaks, it'll be my problem
It won't be. Ongoing maintenance is included. Something goes wrong, you message us, we fix it. You stay on the tools.

How does it actually work?
We build your systems in about 7 days, then it runs your whole job flow for you: quote forms, estimates, invoices and Google review requests, all chasing themselves. You just accept jobs and hit send from the app. Everything else happens without you.
What kind of support do I get afterwards?
You're not handed a login and left to it. We run and maintain the whole system for you. Something needs changing or stops working, you message us and we sort it. Ongoing support and maintenance are included the whole time you're with us.
Who's on the call?
Just you and us. No call centre, no junior reading off a script. You'll talk to the person who actually builds and runs these systems, so every question gets a straight answer.
How quickly do I get results?
Your system's live within 7 days of sign-up. Missed-call text-backs and quote follow-ups start working the day they're switched on. The admin hours start coming back in week one.
You said done-for-you, how much do I actually do myself?

Is back-office automation all you do?
It's all we do, and that's on purpose. We're not a do-everything agency. We do one thing, run the back-office for tradies, and we do it properly.
Do I need any prior experience?
None. Plenty of our tradies have never touched anything beyond their job software. We set everything up around how you already work, so there's nothing new to learn.
Can I bring someone with me to the call?
Course. Business partner, your other half, whoever helps run things, bring them along. Often makes the decision easier when you're both across it.
How much time will it take me to manage everything?
